2. Complete your profiles. Once you sign up with paid surveys sites you will be asked to provide these sites with your complete profile. This would involve answering questions about your lifestyle, hobbies, travels and interests etcetera. Complete your profiles as soon as possible because most sites will not send you any surveys until and unless you provide them with your profile.
3. Designate a certain period of time everyday for taking surveys. If you are a person who is generally busy, then it would be better for you if you could designate a certain time period, say an hour each day for taking your surveys. Most surveys open and close within a short period of time, so if you do not check your surveys everyday, then you will miss out on most of them. If you have limited time and a number of surveys to take, then select and take the surveys that pay the max and pay in hard cash.
4. Treat your survey job seriously. It is true that taking surveys is actually the easiest job that you can think of. However, you will be able to earn some serious money only if you take this job seriously. Stick to it for at least a couple of months even if you do not get paid initially. Patience and perseverance will eventually ensure that a steady survey income starts trickling into your bank account every month.
